Communications Services Integration

 iTVManager’s powerful but flexible architecture gives you the ability to to bring communications services to your subscribers’ television.  With CallerID service, a subscriber sees a message on the TV for incoming voice calls with options for handling the call.  The user can dismiss the message, or click to send the caller to voicemail.  In addition to CallerID, TXT and picture messages can also be.

  Operators can use the communications capability to send promotional information to some or all of the users.  In fact, each message can have its own custom dialog box that is displayed on the TV.  Free movie offers can look like movie tickets, special weekend promotions can have a party theme dialog.  If you want to promote an upcoming Pay-Per-View sporting event, perhaps a design with boxing gloves or a hockey puck would be enough to encourage subscribers to purchase.
