Cincinnati Bell’s next-generation Fioptics TV service is now available to new subscribers in most areas, and will be made available in all remaining areas next year.

Partnering with Minerva, Cincinnati Bell is able to offer a full range of premium features including Whole Home DVR, Video on Demand, Pay-per-View, Catch-Up TV, Restart TV and a robust HD channel lineup.
