Mauro Bonomi
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bonomi is Minerva's Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding Minerva, Mr. Bonomi was Vice President of Marketing at C-Cube Microsystems (Acquired by LSI Logic). Mr. Bonomi has contributed heavily to the adoption of digital video technology in the consumer and communications markets. Mr. Bonomi holds Master's Degrees in both Electrical Engineering and Management from Stanford University and received an Undergraduate Degree with honors in Electrical Engineering from Pavia University in Italy.
Jean-Georges Fritsch
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Fritsch joined Minerva Networks shortly after its inception. In his previous position at C-Cube Microsystems, he headed the company's MPEG decoder product development, and he contributed to the development of its core MPEG encoding algorithms. From 1987 to 1989, Dr. Fritsch was a Staff Scientist at Alcatel Business Systems, focusing on speech recognition, speech compression and digital acoustic echo canceling. Dr.Fritsch holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Signal Processing from the University of Nancy in France.
John Doerner
Chief Financial Officer
A longtime member of the Minerva executive team, Mr. Doerner has over 20 years of experience in working with both public and private Silicon Valley firms, including Altos Computer Systems, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Doerner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado and is a Certified Management Accountant.
Andy Crowe
Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations
Prior to joining Minerva in October 2000, Mr. Crowe held the position of Principal Architect in Harmonic Inc.'s Digital Systems Division. Mr. Crowe has over 15 years experience in digital video compression and video networking. Mr. Crowe holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dartmouth College.

Paul Tocatlian
Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Tocatlian is responsible for leading Minerva's engineering organization. He joins Minerva from Navio Systems, where he was Vice President of Digital Media and Mobile Commerce Solutions. His twenty-year career includes software engineering and professional services management positions with BEA Systems, Novell and AT&T Bell Labs. Mr. Tocatlian holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the American University of Paris.
Randy Osborne
Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Mr. Osborne is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of technology leadership experience and developing and leading sales organizations in various phases of the business lifecycle. Mr. Osborne is responsible for building the sales organization through direct and indirect channels. Before joining Minerva, Randy was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales for FutureDial and Venturi Wireless. Previously, Randy was VP Worldwide Sales for Minerva Networks, Director of North American Sales for Zapex Technologies and also held key management positions at ONI and RasterOps. Randy holds a BS in Business Administration & Computer Science from California State University, Sacramento.
John Campos
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Campos joined the Minerva Networks team in January of 2000, bringing with him 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and material management industry. Prior to Minerva, Mr. Campos has held positions at high-tech companies including Therma Wave, Scitex Digital Video and Pinnacle Systems as VP of Manufacturing. Mr. Campos was promoted to VP of Operations at Minerva in February of 2006, undertaking additional responsibilities such as managing IT, facilities and HR.
