With Caller ID subscribers are presented with a message on the television screen whenever there is an incoming call. The user can handle the call, dismiss it, or send the caller to voicemail with a single click of the remote.
Operators can also use the Minerva platform's built-in Message Services to send promotional information to some or all of the subscribers. Each message can have its own custom dialog box.
