iTVFusion allows service providers to manage information about the STBs and other consumer devices deployed in the field. Operators can easily add a new device to the system and modify the information for an existing device.

The service provider can enter the date and time at which the device will be activated and deactivated, enable/disable High Definition signals, Pause Live TV capability, and Personal Video Recording, and even specify the number of simultaneous video streams that the device is allowed to process.

With iTVFusion the service provider can remotely reboot subscriber's set-top boxes without user intervention. The iTVFusion centralized set-top rebooting tool allows the service provider to carefully manage upgrades across their network, specify which network segments or IP address ranges to upgrade, and determine the number of live and dormant set-top boxes. From its dashboard, the service provider may determine how many set-tops are running each version of set-top box software, how many set-tops are live and how many are not responding.
