MinervaTV for iPad

You can find MinervaTV for iPad on the Apple App Store. It is a free app.

MinervaTV for iPad requires iOS versio 5.1 or later.

If you can’t hear any sound when viewing video with MinervaTV for iPad, ensure that your iPad is not muted. You can also try adjusting the sound volume with the iPad hardware volume buttons.

If you suspend your MinervaTV for iPad session, and then later activate it, you might see the pop-up screen appear stuck while displaying the loading icon:

To fix this, close MinervaTV for iPad and restart it. The Guide will refresh, and the pop-up will now appear with program information when a program is tapped.

If the video appears frozen or black after you activate MinervaTV for iPad from a suspended state, open the Guide and tap on the channel you were watching. The video should then play without problems.

If you are in the Guide, you can view the video in full-screen mode by either 1) doing a pinch-open gesture on the Guide video image, or 2) tapping the video to reveal the progress bar, and then tapping the Expand button, shown in the orange square below:

To return to the Guide view, pinch-close the full-screen video.

You view more channels by tapping the Guide expand button, shown in the orange square below:

Tap the reduce button to return the channel list to its original size:

If you’ve scrolled to a point in the future in the Guide, you can toggle the view to show presently broadcast programs by tapping on the Now button, shown in the orange square below:

To return to the point in the future again, tap the Now button again.

You can bypass this prompt by configuring MinervaTV for iPad with the Auto Logon feature. To do this, go to the iPad Settings page and tap the iTVFusion button. The Login Info area appears at the right side of the screen with the Auto Logon option set to the Off position, as shown below:

Slide the switch to the On position, and close the Setting page.
The next time you launch myMinerva for iPad, you will be automatically logged on.
